Thank you your letter of 3rd March 2011.
After investigation, our technical staff told us that there was slight earthquake during the period that your were watching the sport programme. As a result, the signal transfered was not stable at that time. Actually we had immediately repaired the system and it was expected that you could enjoy this programme after one hour. Since we had maintained the system already, we will not offer a repair to you in person.
